Welcome to the Membership Information page, thank you for your interest in joining the Club!
Here are the benefits and value that you will receive with your membership:
- 2x per year FWAS will place an online fish order with The Wet Spot Tropical Fish. This online retailer has an outstanding reputation for price, quality of fish (pre quarantined), and offering rare and uncommon fish species. They have a flat rate next day delivery shipping service that is $50. The club will cover the shipping cost of the order. Your membership will be paying you back on the first order.
- Subsidized merchandise for members. Part of your membership will help us keep the cost of t-shirts and sweaters more affordable for our members.
- Membership discounts for annual swap meet. We will be hosting a regional swap meet once a year. There will be a per table cost to set up at the event. Members will get a reduced cost to set up a table at the event.
- Membership discounts with regional fish stores. There are stores locally and regionally that partner with clubs and offer in store discounts on your purchases.
- Members will have access to monthly meetings, monthly mini auctions & mini swaps, and monthly educational seminars.
With all of this added value we hope you will see that your membership cost will pay you back many times over.
Non-members are welcome to attend 1 monthly meeting without joining the club.
FWAS reserves the right to decline or remove membership at any point to anyone who would cause the FWAS or its members harm or discord within our society
FWAS has two options for joining, an individual membership that will cover one person or a household membership for couples or families that would like to join the club together.
